Share Your Smile – and recieve a M&S Voucher.

We love hearing about your experiences at Catherine Court Dentistry, and now we’re inviting some of our lovely patients to help others feel confident about choosing our practice.

From January, we’ll be occasionally asking patients if they would like to take part in a short video testimonial, simply sharing a few words about their journey with us. These videos help new patients see the genuine care, results and friendly faces behind our practice.

As a thank you, anyone who kindly takes part will receive a £50.00 M&S voucher.

There’s absolutely no pressure – we’ll always ask in advance and make sure you’re completely comfortable before anything is recorded.

Crown fell out. Replaced almost immediately. Efficient and helpful. Thanks very much. A lifesaver! -Well, at least a face saver! 😁Aurimas is extremely good.This practice is rare in that it has such good dentists and very helpful receptionists. I travel 200 miles to see them and it’s worth it. I am now moving closer to Frome.

Having been a patient of Neil Shad for over 20 years and having complete trust in him and his treatments, it was with some hesitation, when Neil was unavailable, that I was asked to see another dentist - however, I needn’t have worried!!I saw Jake West on Friday for a crown preparation work. He was patient, gentle, professional, answered all my questions and put me at ease. I believe the practice has found a ‘perfect fit’ as Neil is a hard act to follow. Thank you Jake for taking the time to make my visit a good one

Normally see Neil, but with Neil stepping back I was seen by Jake West. Amazing dentist, I had two fillings removed/replaced and had no discomfort or pain. If you are used to Neil looking after you ask for Jake as he is a super dentist. I've already asked to be seen by Jake in the future.

Neil and his team have transformed a nervous patient ( sedation type nervous ) into a very happy patientNobody likes going to the dentist but going there is almost a pleasant experience !All the staff are friendly and helpful and the level of care from Neil first rate .I’ve been going there for 8 years now and wouldn’t consider anywhere else

Neil and the team provided excellent service after my most recent visit.I had not been for a while and so felt apprehensive, as well as the fact I was attending an appointment during Covid. However, the whole process made me feel very much at ease and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming whilst also being thorough with their protocols.Neil was great as he understood my nervousness and never failed to make me feel comfortable. He provided a quick, efficient service whilst being friendly and reassuring. The whole team were excellent from the moment I walked in and Neil’s services were faultless. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Catherine Court Dentistry.

Neil and the entire team work tirelessly to ensure that each and every patient is overseen to the best of their ability. Their COVID-19 control is excellent; really thorough and consistent.We have been with this practice for many years, each and every time I attend I comment how good Neil and his colleagues are. Treatment is talked through so that the patient fully understands what is planned and it’s all carried out completely painlessly. If there are any developing issues afterwards they are sorted quickly without drama.A super practice that I have no hesitation in recommending. If you are nervous of dentists then try them, you will be pleasantly surprised.
