With over 20 years in dentistry since 2001, I have built my career through dedication, progression, and a strong commitment to high-quality patient care.
Beginning as a Dental Nurse, I gained extensive experience across NHS and private sectors, developing a solid understanding of compliance, patient pathways, and practice operations. I later progressed into locum and Head Nurse roles, strengthening my leadership and team coordination skills.
Passionate about professional development, I completed my TAQA qualification and became an Assessor Coach, mentoring and supporting apprentices entering the profession.
For the past six years, I have worked as a Practice Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing governance and compliance, managing performance, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences in both NHS and private settings.
Alongside my career, I volunteer with Dentaid and have supported Mind, reflecting my commitment to wellbeing both within dentistry and the wider community.
My journey combines clinical expertise, leadership, and a genuine dedication to supporting both patients and professionals.
